All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. a tracking number will be given to you when the order gets shipped (*it might not always be available*). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If i am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. I will not be responsible for them if they will be applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
REFUNDS/RETURNS
Orders are usually non-refundable.
I WILL not BE liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a visibly damaged item at delivery sign with reservation of damage (it will be impossible to get a refund if you do not), please take photos of the package before opening it and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
